1. Acceptance

By using MacScope (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Licence

MacScope is licensed per seat. Each licence permits activation on up to two (2) Mac devices owned by you. Licence keys are personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent.

3. Purchases & Refunds

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (our Merchant of Record). By purchasing, you agree to LemonSqueezy’s Terms. Refunds are handled according to LemonSqueezy’s refund policy.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate registration information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass licence validation.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or data.

6. Intellectual Property

MacScope, its logo, source code, and documentation are the intellectual property of AppsInfoway and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
